A VERY PINK BIRTHDAY

Eeekkksss cheers to anther year!! Hi-ya, oh my gosh talk about a HAPPY Thursday! I am so excited to celebrate my birthday with my family tonight…I mean Thursday’s are the new Friday’s right?! LOL! We’re making homemade pizzas and my mom made me the cutest all pink cake- sooooo me!! I wanted to share my outfit with y’all since it’s the perfect birthday dress.

This dress is from Lilly Pulitzer. Lilly makes the most bright and cheerful patterns that are perfect for any celebration! I paired this adorable off the shoulder dress with my new heels from JustFab. This heels are slowly becoming one of my go-to’s since they go with almost anything!! As for my accessories I am wearing my favorite heart necklace that I got from my first trip to France, my favorite watch, and all my bangles.

TIE DYE MONOGRAMS

OUTFIT DETAILS: SHIRT | SHORTS | SANDALS | BRACELETS

Hiya! Yes..yes I know… I am wearing white after Labor Day…but as we all know (or now you’re about to learn hehe) Katharine Hepburn once said, “If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun”. I personally enjoy styling white after Labor Day and think it makes for a nice neutral to wear all year. Gosh, don’t even get me started on my love for all white outfits in the winter time when it snows haha! I hope y’all follow along and are excited for future winter outfits (p.s. thanks for reading my blog- YOU ROCK)!

I have been LOVING this adorable monogramed T-shirt from one of my favorite Etsy stores. Tie die has been so trendy this year and it’s the perfect way to add a lot of color to any outfit. I had so much fun styling it with my favorite white shorts from J.Crew. These sandals from Palm Beach Sandals are great match, and I can’t forget to mention- SUPER comfy!

MY FIRST DESIGN…OF COURSE IT’S PINK

Happy Thursday everyone! Oh my gosh, it feels crazy sharing my first design with you! Over the Summer, I had a random burst of inspiration to start creating my own designs. After calling LOTS of different craft stores, I was finally able to find a sewing machine. Quarantine was definitely not the best time to start looking for a sewing machine… due to the high demand for mask making….oops! Luckily, I was able to find the perfect one trust me, there are TONS of different sewing machines to choose from and they all have different reviews. I have been watching YouTube tutorials like crazy!

I knew going into my first design with no prior sewing knowledge it was going to be difficult (…I probably should have started with something smaller) but, gosh, was it so much fun! I love how this shirt turned out to be exactly what I had envisioned and made it come to life. I think pink and red together are such a bold color combination. I had so much fun styling this tee with my favorite jean shorts and sparkly sandals. I am definitely looking forward to finding other fun ways to style this tee and to making MANY more designs….don’t worry, I’ll be sure to share them!

BACK TO SCHOOL WITH VERA BRADLEY

Hey everyone! I can’t believe it’s already back to school season…this Summer flew by! One of my favorite things about a new school year is a fun backpack and this pink one is SOOOO me. I had to be sure to include my Day Designer planner since that is how I stay organized during the semester.

Even with having online classes, I have been loving this backpack from Vera Bradley. Vera Bradley has the cutest prints and my tumbler from them is one of my new favorites! I have also been wearing these sneakers like crazy! I personally think sneakers are the perfect Summer to Fall transitional piece. This Navy Superga sneakers are a preppy classic and I can’t wait to keep styling them.
